My name is Bashaier (Bash), and I’m a first generation Sudanese-American with a passion for beauty and self care. Protecting and nourishing my hair has always been one of my favorite forms of self care. Growing up, I paid special attention to what my hair loved and didn’t love. I found that there are very few, if any products that worked for my hair. Thats why I created Bash Butter.
It started as a hobby — a simple combination of ingredients that I knew and trusted to put in my hair — and blossomed into a passion. This mixture, for me, was where hair care met self love. And I wanted to share some of that love, starting with my family. My sisters, my mother, aunties, and friends grew to love Bash Butter as well. And now I want to share some of that love with the world. I’m super excited for Bash Butter to become a part of your self love journey!
